  • COOKIE CUTTERS: We are not responsible for cookie cutters unless they get damaged during shipment(refer to the policy on damaged productS) Cookie cutters are made for cookies but are also used in many other crafts. COOKIE CUTTERS DO NOT COME WITH ANY WARRANTY .
  • Return Policy- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any of our products.
  • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
  • Please report any missing merchandise, order mistakes,damages and any other order problems within 72 hours of delivery. After 72 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately .
  • Allow your finished product time to "cure". Let the fragrance oil have ample time to blend or bind with your desired application
  • When making bath and body products, just because an oil is marked bath and body safe does not mean someone won't be allergic to that particular oil. Be very careful when making body products that have any cinnamon in them. Someone could or will have a reaction to them.
  • Never judge a fragrance oil by merely sniffing out of bottle (OOB). Fragrance Oils are manufactured to be used in some sort of application. They can and will smell totally different once they have been added to your application.
